What is your shop turnaround time?

Here at GrayBrite LLC we take great pride in making sure that our customers receive the highest quality of items that we have to offer.  Some items are premade and ready to ship; however, we do have a few items that are made to order.  Unless stated otherwise, please allow 10-15 business days for made to order items.  While here at GrayBrite we strive for a short turn around time, we also know that life happens and things can get in the way. 

What shipping method do you use?

Unless specified all orders are shipped using USPS First class package.  Once your order has been processed you will receive shipping confirmation along with tracking information.  Shipping usually varies from 2-7 business days depending on the speed you select at checkout.

What if I have not received my package but it shows as delivered?

GrayBrite is not responsible for any undelivered items marked as delivered by USPS.  Once the item is picked up and scanned out of our location we are not responsible for what happens to it.  If you have any questions regarding your package please reach out to USPS directly via phone (1-800-275-8777) or website, but be sure to have your tracking number readily available.  

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally.  Please keep in mind that international shipping rates do apply and buyer is responsible for any additional custom fees (if any) upon arrival.

Do you take custom orders?

Absolutely! In fact we mostly do custom orders for our customers.  If you have a specific fabric/print in mind we will do our best to get that and custom make it for you.  

If you are wanting a custom order with a specific fabric/print please know that the TAT might take slightly longer as we will first need to order the fabric first.
