Returns & Exchanges

Refund Policy

Return/Exchange Policy- All sales are final as all items are made to order or have just recently been and ready to sell.  However, if an item is defective or damaged we are more than happy to replace the item.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags on them.  Please send us a message and we will handle the situation from there.

Damages and other Issues

Upon receiving your items please inspect them order and notify us immediately if you see anything wrong.  While these items are handmade and we do our best to look each item over before sending we are human and it is possible that something may go unnoticed/missed.  If you receive the wrong item please let us know right away so we can make sure to get the correct item to you.

Exchanges

When making an exchange the best way is to make sure you return the damaged item immediately.  Once we have received the item and the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  Once the refund is approved you will be refunded to your original method of payment.  Things to keep in mind are that it can take some time for the return to show back on your end.
